My theory on people who leave hateful comments on the internet is very simply they are not receiving the love they desire in their life.

So they choose to project their pain outwards at strangers online instead of dealing with it themselves.

It’s a sad thing in reality. I typically respond with “sending love your way” and I’ve found it to be effective, because it’s what they need and it’s coming from a genuine place.

Be kind. You never know what someone is going through deep down.
