What’s your “favourite” coping strategy for when you need to sit with uncertainty or sit with something that affects your mood, like an ongoing problem reaching its peak level?

@nprofile1q... I see a lot of specific examples of this same basic strategy: I keep busy. For me, it doesn't matter too much what that means, other than it has to really, really engage either my brain, my body, or both.

So TV/phone/podcasts/etc. don't really help, but gardening, cooking, music-making, walking in the woods, etc. do. Reading is 50/50.

Also, being around my mom sometimes really helps for reasons that I don't fully comprehend.
