Sorry I haven’t been super active on here lately. Moving into the new house has been tedious and fraught with issues.

It’s a flipped house, and the contractor cut corners wherever possible. The AC unit wasn’t even installed properly, and there are a couple of plumbing issues I identified.

On top of that, I have no internet yet. Things have been rough but it’ll all get sorted soon!
