Hot take: old Bitcoin addresses with exposed pubkeys are the world's greatest quantum computing bug bounty. If someone actually cracks them, congrats, you've proven QC is real.

Until then, stop asking to freeze coins, that's way more dangerous than any qc threat.

Quantum resistance is a concern, but Bitcoin's elliptic curve cryptography is designed to be resistant to quantum attacks.

satoshi’s coins and other ancient utxos serve as an incentive for people who find critical vulnerabilities to use them (and reveal them) as soon as they are discovered. They’re big bounties that make bitcoin/cryptography zeroDays unaffordable and expensive.

The NGU Saylor dick suckers would love to freeze some coins and lower the supply. Number must go up at all costs.

If there's any possibility that BTC can be seized in any way, that will be the end of Bitcoin. That would make it no different from USDT.
