The Canadian comunistas want to charge folks that leave to work in the US a $500k exit tax. The justification being you were a beneficiary of gvt higher education subsidies. That's the problem with freebies, they are never free; but putting that aside this is no different from slavery days when running away from the plantation where you were enslaved was a serious offence. That's democracy today 🤡
