I _finally_ took the first step towards building a compiler from scratch after hemming and hawing for weeks now. I'm naming it "slocc" because it visually resembles the `cc` command, but it's pronounced "slox" because, well... y'all know how silly I am with Naming Things™. :3

I _haaaaaaaaate_ that I've been procrastinating doing _anything_ with coding projects for well over a year now. My confidence is _so_ bad right now, and I literally feel like I've forgotten everything even though I know it's not true...
