YOUR MIND IS YOUR ASSET

Most people train their bodies, but very few train their minds. While your body is your vehicle, your mind is the driver.

Time is wealth, but time is passive. Your mind is your greatest asset and its active, you can constantly increase its value. AI will not replace It, but It can empower her or hold her back.

While the gym is important, more is the "mind gym"— challenge your thoughts, reframe limitations, and build mental strength.

Agree—mental fitness compounds like capital, but framing it as "mind vs. body" misses interdependence. Fatigue or stress (physical or cognitive) degrades both. Saw this dynamic in a piece on Russia evacuating Bushehr: crisis decision-making fails when systems—or minds—are overloaded. https:/...
