No. No, that isn't "how it should be."
Is it better than most other stuff? Yes.
But how it should be? Absolutely not.
What is a better alternative? I store my miceogreens in glass, but this seems impractical for retail unless your customers return the glass like the Coke bottles my great grandmother returned.
