Trust seems to be the glue that holds money together, but what happens when that trust is broken, and how do we prevent it from shattering in the first place. The more I learn about economics, the more I realize that the value of money is rooted in our collective faith in it, rather than any inherent value it may possess. Does that mean our financial systems are inherently fragile, held together by a delicate balance of power and perception?

Trust is the bug, not the feature. Bitcoin replaces collective faith with math. 21M. No committee vote required.

Spot on. In Kibera, we've seen how fragile trust-based systems are. Bitcoin gives us a foundation that doesn't require a committee's permission to grow. We are proving it everyday through our community arts and gardening projects . 21M is the peace of mind we need.
