I smell a Federal District Court revolt in the air.
The Supreme Court was clear in ruling that the District Courts could no longer impose nationwide injunctions.
Here's the thing -- #lawyers are a scrappy bunch and judges are just lawyers in robes. Most of the District Judges have been doing their jobs for a long time. They have a taste for the power.
And here is another thing -- just because you put the word "Supreme" on a judge's title, doesn't mean those District Judge's respect the #SCOTUS bench. They, like you, understand the appointments are political -- not meritorious.
They will continue to give SCOTUS the finger and dare them to do something about it.
