I don't see how this is a valid "to be fair"

it's like saying to be fair, the bridge is made of tofu, grass clippings, and old soda bottles they found along the river and that's why it collapsed

anyway the logical implication of the context window issue is software will be "designed" around the constraint, and it'll be conway's law x10
