I was at the doctor and saw an ad that 2/3 adults in the US are overweight.
All the nurses that assisted me were in fact over weight, including the doctor himself.
And he had the audacity to tell me that health problems can’t be solved with changing your diet.
Side note, now I’m thinking, they made the population fat to sell them the “lose weight” medicine (ozempic, mounjaro, ect)
And now THAT medicine is making people sick. Giving people 30% higher chance of osteoporosis.
It’s a never ending cycle. Do you see that?
