Perfect job checklist:

* Creativity is valued
* Clear performance goals
* We make freedom go up
* Microsoft Teams is BANNED
* Part of a (nice) human team
* WFH with occasional offsites
* Long-term project (3-years+)
* No one 'just runs it through' AI
* Get fired if you use the word 'stakeholder'

That's it. Not too many demands.
Still, in 2026, that makes me pretty much unemployable.

Maybe it's why I've been my own boss for nearly 10 years.
(I've only applied to 2 jobs in the last decade).

I love the variety and freedom of writing for different clients.
It means I can say 'no' (e.g. because they forced me to write 'stakeholder').

I'm not looking for the perfect job.
Just thought it would be interesting to share.
