I’ve come to believe that LinkedIn’s full stack builder model is the future of software development. Instead of deep specialization where one person writes the PRD, another designs, a third does data analysis while others code; AI agents will do most of these things.

Instead there’s a team of people coordinating, reviewing and correcting the output of the agents. This is essentially how Anthropic works today.
