Self-hosted Vaultwarden/Bitwarden.

KeepassXC and Syncthing to your home server 😃

I use 1Password and have good experience with it on iPhone. If I had time I would probably transfer it all over to Bitwarden.

1Password, cross platform, clean ui on both desktop and mobile, handles one time passwords so no need for additional 2fa app, not expensive at all

Bitwarden. Open source cross platform. Moved over from LastPass a few months ago

I've been using them successfully for years now 😃

Usually the paid ones want you to pay for cloud backup/syncing, but you can self-host that too 😃 you can also use Nextcloud to sync if you don't wish to use Syncthing
