Which posts disappear? It could be that the authors outbox relays are offline (lots of relays have been offline today) and Amethyst doesn't check other centralized relays for the posts. Wisp does. So ...

relay.ditto.pub
poorly displayed posts of bridge-accounts (mastodon, rss, mastodon).

Are they hitting the anti spam filter? Check your security filters in settings. Can you see other posts from those relays? It can also be overuse if hashtags, some bots spam hashtags so much they are immediately removed.
