Reminds me of the time when my girlfriend and I were living on a houseboat in the marina in north Van. I was in the engine compartment with the sewage macerator pump disconnected to fix a clog. I yelled to her in the cabin to flick the switch so I could observe if the impeller/blade would still turn. Face and mouth sprayed with the last thing that got flushed 🤢🤮. Glamorous life, saving on rent and living mostly at the gym three blocks away where she worked and we trained. The first fifty steps through the marina parking lot every morning, you could still feel the wave action from sleeping on the boat. But I digress.
