Introducing NostrVault — the first Nostr client to bring a full Haven relay to Android.

This isn't just another Nostr app.

NostrVault puts an entire sovereign Nostr stack in your pocket. A Haven relay. A Blossom media server. Running on your Android device. Right now.

For the first time ever, you can carry your own relay in your pocket. No VPS. No server bill. No sysadmin. Just your phone, your relay, your rules.

✦ Built-in Haven relay — the first ever on Android. Your inbox, your outbox, your data. Broadcast to the network from your own node, anywhere you go.

✦ Built-in Blossom media server — host your own images and video. Mirror them to the broader Blossom network so they survive forever, regardless of what any single server does.

✦ NIP-46 remote signing — connect Amber or any NIP-46 bunker. Your private key never touches the app.

✦ Full feed, profiles — everything you expect from a first-class Nostr client, backed by your own infrastructure.

The dream of Nostr has always been that anyone can run their own relay. NostrVault makes that true for the first time on the device in your pocket.

Sovereignty isn't a server anymore. It's an APK.

Very nice! I've noticed when I was going through the setup process, I wasn't able to add additional relays. I also noticed that it didn't find all my posts from 12/24/22, although I feel like that might be relay related

Very fucking cool. How does it deal with NAT and firewalls? Onion routing?

What's the difference between this and Citrine? and can this work with Tor and I2P?

Very nice! But to be useful need a tor setup (or something else, not for pseudo-anonimity but for NAT traversal) built in. Without it you can just operate in LAN or localhost... Unfortunately mobile devices are made only for consumption and spying on users, they can't be sovereign, and that's why...
