Remember that ledger has a backdoor to extract your seed remotely
One more reason why it's not a good idea to trust a single manufacturer.
For me it was shocking, that apparently it's possible to extract a seed with a firmware update.
Even tough most manufacturers promise that they are not like Ledger - for most people it's impossible to verify that.
