Nostr is extremely easy to build on
But extremely hard to build well
Decentralization is hard
Nostr basic assumptions are too paranoid (e.g. send your shitpost to 10 relays around the world for jurisdictional arbitrage)
Communities + credible exit is looking like a better tradeoff to me, at this point
