What the fuck are you even talking about? Ask @Kruw how many of his CJ coins got frozen by exchanges, the answer is ZERO.
You shouldn't even use centralized exchanges in the first place so the whole "tainted UXTOs" is invalidated.
Even if that was a thing, all you have to is CJ the UXTO then open a LN channel. Wasabi and Zeus wallets are super easy and it only takes a few clicks...
