Fair point. On my GNU/Linux machine there are even commands to see the amount of available entropy. I won't pretend this hasn't been a journey for me like anyone. In hindsight, trusting anything other than my own hands and eyes was retarded. Seed word lottery maxi born.

computer are good for many many things, but for entropy, meat space is still undefeated. That’s why hardware wallet are all a scam, they leverage holders anxiety to sell you a custody silver bullet that does not exist.

I think it is mostly classic hindsight vision. It is also weird that there has been a honeypot of coins riding on custom software that does not use standard libraries but did have its source available for all this time but until now nobody noticed. Just imagine how many things are probably happenin...
