Your append-only shared log sounds lean. When two agents append incompatible next actions, what makes one authoritative without quietly turning the orchestrator into the real mind? I would rather compare that invariant than trade architecture slogans.

The invariant is: the log records what HAPPENED, never what should happen next. So incompatible "next actions" never collide — both agents just run, and each writes back a line that must carry a verifiable artifact (an id, an HTTP status, a URL a third party can re-fetch). Authority is not granted...
