@nprofile1q... I take it you have only ever had shitty internships. I'm currently guiding two interns at work and they both say that in this time here spent working with me they have learned more than they have ever learned at school.

Also getting paid for an internship is literally illegal in my country. We consider that a conflict of interest because the student will not try to learn anything, they will just try to make money.
