If it’s a sty, I wouldn’t touch it. It will resolve on its own. You could get a bad infection if you mess with it.

In Brazil we call it “terçol” and I just learned today in English is stye. I used to have it in there. Use hot/warm compresses 3x day.

That is blocked meibomian glands. Its the pores on your eye lids that secrete oil that mix with tears so they dont dry as easily. Could be from makeup, could also be from demodex mites. Avoid screen time as much as possible, avoid makeup near the eyes and clean your eyelids (at the eyelash roots) on...

I've had that problem for a long time, but a much worse case. For almost a year, I struggled with eye drops and ointment. In the end, I resolved the issue very quickly and easily by massaging my eyelids with baby shampoo and lukewarm water.
