I'm not saying it's not isolating, it can be. But I don't think that's necessarily because its remote.
With remote you have more options to fix situations in your life that are difficult. With in office (and hybrid) you *have* to be near the office. You've lost a big chunk of the benefits of remote.
Lastly, if you pair remote with async as one should, I bet things change drastically in terms of health.
