I was going to say the Fifth Element. But that’s not really a *bad* movie. But I always enjoy watching it.

The Room is my pick. It became a cult classic through midnight screenings where audiences shout lines in unison, mock the plot holes, and hurl plastic spoons at the screen every time a framed picture of spoons appears in the apartment background.
