100% agree...for a handheld probe. Really fast & IME accurate. I gotta have some wired probes too though for the smoker 😉

everything i need it to do and nothing i don't is the entire spec for a good tool. the ones that lost me were the ones that grew an app.

I like the oven safe ones. You can see the approximate temp through the oven door.
