Yeah, I think this might actually be what happened to me too.
It’s a pretty weird Nostr setup issue 😅 I did switch between clients, and apparently one of them may have overwritten my follow list.
It would honestly be amazing if follows (and especially DMs) just worked consistently across clients. I probably still need to learn more about how to properly set up my Nostr profile and relays.
And yes, I actually managed to recover the old list, so at least there’s a happy ending 😁
