Why do we eat Lamb instead of Rabbit on Easter? and don't tell me because of "who's gonna hide the eggs?"

Lamb is Christian iconography. The rabbit is the symbol of the fertility/prosperity goddess, Ishtar. Since Easter/passover was "co-opted" into Christianity, lamb is the meal of choice.

Besides all that, lamb tastes great, and as good ass rabbit can be to eat; it's still a big ass rodent. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฃ

That knowledge! (zap failed?) Tbh, eating rabbit is a lot of fiddling and has almost more bone than meat. Still tastes great though.
