Good morning, it’s possible the blockchain would survive and btc as well, but the bigger question is, who will you exchange it with if you can… just like gold and silver, you can’t eat it or defend your family with it.

Well… a lot of miners run in remote areas with no human intervention for the most part. I imagine, as long as power was provided… they’d run for a LONG time after the last human died. Bitcoin should easily survive, but do any humans? 😅

Why wouldn't it? There's plenty of preppers with off-grid setups that include bitcoin nodes. With all the work being done on the ism bands (meshstatic, etc) and shoving cashu in the bitchat Bluetooth mesh, I believe there will be plenty of alternative routing to keep it operational.
