Based on the message it was temp ban of the ip address. It could be you were accessing the server over the vpn, and somebody else was using the same vpn gateway ip to attack.

Sorry for troubles, but server is under constant load of non sensical requests or abusive mint usage patterns or outright attacks so I need to tune the blocks as much as I can to let legitimate users in. This is more difficult if attackers use widely used VPNs.
