it doesn't unless you have spidering. feeds has outbox/inbox spider implementations both strfry and for newlay. So, if you had that on start9 at least you'd have a full copy of everything you even cared about, all on your LAN.. I would assume. I should package newlay for start9 probably, if that's a thing that's not too many hoops.
