Certainly a rule to live by. Unfortunately most people have already monkeyed with their colon microbiota by way of as antibiotics and industrial foods. Oral probiotics seed the upper and lower intestine, which is far from ideal. Thus: probiotic buttsicles. 🥲

People have interesting hobbies... but who am I to judge them? Anyway, how do they say it? "Busy hands, happy hands." :-)
