Not only will El Salvador have to stop buying Bitcoin, they will also have yo stop mining Bitcoin

this is the first time I've seen the prohibition on public Bitcoin mining here

looks like bukele will just need to start arresting some large hodlers "confiscate" their coins and then when he drops the case, compensate them at current market prices + something for the trouble.
