Well something very very special has been moving in my world here in Colombia. I am really good friends with an Indigenous brother, Arhuaco tribe, whose in laws specialise in making panela (raw sugar, real sugar, the good stuff, not the white crack stuff ) - and it is a dream to bring this to market...
