I just walked. No phone. No music. No noise.

It felt wrong at first.
Then it felt necessary.

Footsteps.
And everything I’d been too busy to notice.

My thoughts slowed.
Stress dropped.
And for the first time in days, I wasn’t reacting, I was present.

This is silent walking.
Not a hack.
A reset.
