Just another verification method like current "bank id" that is private run, only the wallet will be from state, to confirm operations like signing, logging in, age etc. Not a big deal. First I asked for paranoid version of digital id and it gave my dystopian read, then I asked it to say it doesn't make any difference, pitching that instead.
