The weird thing is that during refresh pages, the only tweet you mention becomes the top of my TL for a temporary time, and other tweets none for while. So means.

#Nostr has no advertising algorithm - at this moment in time… satoshi “zapping” & 0 algorithms are all it’s good for. Not saying it’s hopeless, just serendipitous.
