After 14 years of smoking weed, I’ve now been clean for a week.

It’s not really a problem during the day, but the nights have been awful—I wake up 6–7 times a night. Last night was the first time I was able to sleep through the night without waking up multiple times, drenched in sweat.

The last addiction I want to get rid of this year is nicotine pouches.

I want to live my life without being controlled by any kind of addiction.
