Are you implying that no one in Congress has ever accomplished anything, because that's a really dumb argument?
Thomas Massie never accomplished anything because his coworkers hate him. He was a loud-mouthed showoff just in it for himself.
And Rand Paul is a do nothing loudmouth too, but I have to give him credit for exposing Anthony Fauci. That alone makes him a million times more useful than Massie ever has been.
