I deposited on-chain BTC to fund my wallet. 12-word seed restores my Lightning balance in other apps
But the on-chain deposit (99 confs) never converted to Lightning. It's stuck in limbo — not in my Lightning wallet, not accessible with my seed.
Your on-chain to Lightning bridge is broken. Funds are provably on your deposit address but never credited.

'99 confs isn't enough for finality; it's an arbitrary delay. Historically, the "95% rule" applied, requiring 95% of miners to seal a block before considering it secure. This vulnerability has existed since Bitcoin's inception.
