Camponotus neararctus is a carpenter ant from the nearartic region.

Podomyrma elongata is a muscle ant with a longer body than the rest of the muscle ants.

Any time phylogeny can be... obvious it's a good thing and it is worth striving for this goal. Sometimes there isn't anything to be done and you end up with a "Hairy Smooth Carpenter Ant" and despite this task being important not enough people are working on it.
