I sent email.

After waiting to be clear headed, I attempted to go through the restore process.

With careful handling not to bump the screen and set off the tamper again, I did use just two key cards to restore the device.

I thought I would need all three as I wasn't using magic backups at this time, but two cards did it.

Also all the vault info was present on the device still as well. I thought that I would need to restore from sd card for all that. The files were present too.

I guess I am still not clear about the backups.

But despite the device not being in one solid piece I was still able to ensure that I have my info backed up.
