We have entered the age of faking on-chain zaps. They're faked on Nostr, but the time chain is the real source of truth so the sats never shows up in your wallet.

This is why proof-of-payment matters more than proof-of-zap. The timechain doesn't lie, but the client layer absolutely can. We need zap verification standards — wallet-level confirmation that sats actually moved. Until then, treat displayed zaps as sentiment, not settlement.
