@nprofile1q... suggested I look into Bluegrass in addition to my current studies of Irish Trad music as I learn how to play the Irish whistle. That makes sense as a lot of Bluegrass stems from old Irish music.
In my search for Bluegrass music with Irish whistles, I stumbled across Justin Myles Holmes' "Barlow's Jig".
And get this... after listening to an Irish whistle, a banjo, a fiddle, and other instruments playing a bluegrass jig...
