Obviously, accidental collisions from ColdCard's pathetic RNG-generated entropy was inevitable... but, that this collision occurred with a seed used exactly once just 3 days earlier seems incredible to me... something else (at least in addition to the pathetic entropy) is almost certain to be going ...
