How much do the wealthy value privacy & avoiding taxes?

Well one way of measuring that is the surge in the use of unlimited companies in the UK (that is legal vehicles that allow privacy & reduced scrutiny, but also shed the protection of limited liability).... so there are some wealthy people who would rather risk massive (unlimited) losses of their capital than pay taxes or be open about their economic affairs.

To an outsider, the risks seem to be greater than the gains?
