@nprofile1q... @Caleb James DeLisle There's no way to divide people by intelligence. We'd end up with corrupt/stupid people deciding who should vote. Some people have hi IQ's and can learn at stunning rates and retain a staggering percentage of what they have learned, but have terrible judgment and make bad choices. Others learn slowly but have very sound judgement. Some are smart but too lazy to stay informed.
So the only way to do it, is by success in life. I.E. only property owners, or high earners (problematic)
