Nothing you said is incorrect, but there becomes a point where it no longer looks like “the growing pains of an open source project” and looks more like deliberately malicious software. Wasabi glows more the aurora borealis. I prefer Joinmarket

No, it doesn't look like that, it's just that the project is under attack by a group of zealots who invest time in spreading FUD. However, look at the numbers. Wasabi is doing better and better despite those idiotic efforts.
